The SRK-232 Starter Kit includes :
- A K531-232 module + antenna, with 8-pin RS-232 terminal block,
- A CSB-4.3S reader/writer device, a desktop version of the K531 module,
- An RS-232 serial interface module, from 8-pin terminal block to DB9 connector, with DC power supply from 9 to 12V connector,

SpringProx API and samples of application
The SpringProx API is a high level library dedicated to the host system. Provided in ANSI C code, it allows the development of applications handling the communication between the reader/writer and the card. It has been successfully implemented on various platforms such as : embedded Linux, Windows CE, Nucleus (ARM CPU) and different 16 or 32-bit microcontrollers...
The SpringProx API takes up less than 32ko of ROM and 1ko of RAM (except during the management of DES/3DES cryptography for DESFire cards). Moreover, if the memory occupation needs to be optimized, developers can easily delete useless functionalities, or even communicate at low level with the K531-232 device if the high level functions dedicated to the host are not needed.
