The setup program will install SpringCard Flasher on your hard drive, typically in C:\Program Files\SpringCard\Flasher. Memorize the installation directory, since you'll have to copy the firmware files here.

Download the firmware files you need. Copy them into the Firmwares directory under the directory where you've installed SpringCard Flasher (typically, this is C:\Program Files\SpringCard\Flasher\Firmwares).
